Moved out in December 2018 · 20 to 29 years · PostgraduateThe major thing about the rooms is that the doors do not lock. So , like I said , other people had the key and could enter the appartment but we could not lock our doors with all our belongings (Nothing happenned and the risk was minor , I just wish I knew before) Also, it is very loud at night and extremely warm on summer time , the AC is not everywhere in the appartment and they are very strict about it . Of course, there is a lot of positive about this appartment . It is very luminous and its a big appartment , the terrace is great ! I loved my room and felt good at home . The location is perfect , you are close to major streets with all the shops and restaurants within around 15 minutes walk. The metro is like 3 minutes away and it is the L3 which is very conveniant . It feels really safe , especially for women. The building is also very safe . The price is also very good for the room you get ! I do not regret staying there during my studies in Barcelona because the area is just great and the appartment itself too! I just wish I was more informed about how it would go beforehand.
