Master bedroom with wardrobe, tables and bedside lamps. Living room with sofa bed, dining table and full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, utensils, crockery and cutlery for 4 people. Hot/cold air conditioning. The apartment is located on the first floor, but has double glazed windows. However, the nightclub downstairs may disturb people who can't stand the noise. This apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels for 4 people. Community fees, insurance, taxes and Wi-Fi included in the price. Building with elevator, video surveillance camera, satellite and digital television channels. Refrain from smokers. Pets are not allowed. Ideal for couples.
