The apartment has been completely renovated, including appliances, and it has high-speed internet -optical fiber- and a smart tv. The decoration of the apartment is elegant, modern and of high quality, combining modernity with the warmth of the wood, and a Mediterranean touch. The apartment is very well located, on the border between Gràcia and the Eixample, and just two streets from the Sagrada Família. It is also next to the Verdaguer and Sagrada Família Metro stations, as well as a Bicing stop -Barcelona's public bike sharing system- and several bus lines.
