This newly renovated apartment is situated in Sants area, a district that gives a familiar feeling of staying in a quarter where locals live and share. The apartment has in total 5 rooms, all of them with its own complete bathroom. Three rooms can be shared by two people and two rooms are single, so when the house is fully booked, you can share up to with 7 flatmates. Dispose of living room integrated with kitchen area and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with owen, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine. There are two terrace, one with a big table and seatings for relax and chill out, and the other one serves as a laundry as it has clothes line and washing machine. All rooms and common areas are equipped with air conditioner/heating system. All rooms are equipped with TV.
