The space is very cozy and has a private bedroom, a private living room, a private dining room, a kitchen and a private bathroom. The hallway at the entrance to the apartment is a shared area. The apartment is renovated, decorated, very bright and fully equipped and includes furniture in all areas. There is WIFI. The apartment does NOT include TV or air conditioning. Because the apartment is renovated and the furniture are new, it is important that you consider taking care of the house contents. Also, because the second part of this apartment is inhabited, it is important to respect the peace. It is suitable for a couple or an individual. I ask for a month deposit. NOTE: there is not elevator.
