EQUIPMENT: Air conditioning and heating, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, iron, oven, TV, linen and towels provided.Tiled floor. You can get INTERNET 2 min away from the house. SITUATION: 2 min walking distance from the metro station Torrassa (L1). 20 minutes from Plaza Catalunya with the tube. 25 minutes away from the beaches with the tube. 5 minutes away from the Railstation “Sants”. The apartment is close to universities. ADMIN FEE: In case of 3 tenants, the admin fee is: 1-3 months: 495 euros / 4-6 months: 825 euros / 7 months or more: 1375 euros. In case of extension of the contract, the admin fee will be charged again according to the extension of the stay. THIS PROPERTY ONLY ADMITS STUDENTS.
