Lovely fully equipped and furnished flat in the city center. Metro lines 35 less than 5 minutes walk, numerous bus lines in a couple of blocks around. The neighborhood has all the necessary shops within 200 meters, greengrocer, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, supermarket... L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample is full of life in the streets, there are pedestrian areas to walk, bars, terraces and restaurants where you can taste the local gastronomy. Located 10 minutes walk from the works of Gaudí, Casa Batlló and Casa Milà. Less than 5 minutes away is the Hospital Clinic de Barcelona and its Faculty of Medicine, and across the street is EADA Business School. The old Mercat del Ninot is very close, be sure to visit it. The old University of Barcelona, Plaça Universitat and Plaça Catalunya just 10 minutes walk. Landlord will charge 200Euros/Month for Water, Gas, Electricity.
