Es un piso diáfano, con parquet en todo el suelo y muchísima luz proveniente de su balcón. Está decorado en un estilo muy natural y vivo, con mucha madera y lleno de toques verdes que traen la naturaleza al interior del apartamento. El apartamento consta de 1 habitación doble, 1 habitación de almacenaje y lavandería, 1 baño completo con ducha, cocina completamente equipada tipo americana con barra y taburetes, y un amplio salón comedor! Este apartamento tiene una ubicación perfecta! Se encuentra en el barrio del Fort Pienc justo tocando a Las Glorias, que es el célebre barrio donde se encuentra la Torre AGBAR, el centro comercial y muchos otros lugares de ocio y cultura en Barcelona! El estudio está a solo 15 minutos caminando de la playa de Barcelona, y a solo 20 minutos caminando nos encontramos en plena Plaza Cataluña! La zona está llena de paradas de autobús que te llevan a cualquier rincón de la ciudad y las paradas de metro más cercanas son las de Monumental y Marina. Los suministros del apartamento, como agua, electricidad e internet están incluidos en el precio, hasta un máximo de 60€ al mes por persona. Sábanas y ropas de cama incluídas, si quieres otro set extra tendría un costo de 20€. Extensión de contrato 50€. Cambio de Habitación 50€. Servicio de limpieza en zonas comunes incluído; si quieres limpieza en tu habitación, tendrá un costo de 20€ por cada vez que desees el servicio. EMPADRONAMIENTO: Es posible. Si quieres asesoramiento y realización del papeleo, tendrás que pagar un costo de 100€ si es una persona y 150€ si son 2 personas.
