Nice apartment of 40 sqm with garden available and garage for bicycle. Equipped kitchen Nice bathroom with toilet and shower. 1 double room with double bed cupboard and studytable. Little garden available in front of the apartment.The entry hall has a sofa for 2 persons . Quiet and with beautiful views. Perfect for a young couple or a single person with a child and students. The apartment is under a 170 sqm house. The terraces have to be shared with the persons who are living in the house: a french woman with her 19 years old boy and guests. The apartment is located in the quarter of “La Floresta" (Sant cugat del Valles) just 10 kms away from Barcelona city centre, behind the mountain of "Tibidabo". It is easy to park a car in the same street. Perfect for people who like to live in the nature being close to the city.Animals are not permitted as there are already chickens and cats living in the garden. EQUIPMENT Double windows in the whole apartment except bathroom. Firewood to heat up all the Apartment and another electric heating for the bathroom. Washing Machine, Fridge, Coffee Maker, Electric boiler for warm water. INTERNET WIFI. Sheets and towels available. LOCATION 5 min walking distance to the train station:"La Floresta" 6 min away direct with the metro to Sarria-Sant Gervasi. Near "Park Collserola" and "Tibidabo" There is a bus stop in the street that leads directly to the station if you do not want to walk 5 minutes It is a very pleasant and quiet area, there are only houses. Bakery,Farmacie, supermarkets and bar nearby. 15 min by train to "Plaza Cataluña" 10 min away by train from the UAB (university in Bellatera), 11 min away by train to EUROPEAN University (Sarria) and ESADE (SANT CUGAT DEL VALLES) 10 min by car to Barcelona through the "Tunel de Vallvidrera".5 minutes away from the center of the city of San Cugat ***** people
