The house, 1890s style, is a ground floor of 123m2 with 2 double rooms single or double use, kitchen office, winter and summer living rooms, 1 shared bathroom and indoor patio with laundry. It is located in the marine and nautical villa of El Masnou, with train access every 15 min to Barcelona city center in 25 min and the airport. Urban bus stop C-19 right next door. UAB students: direct buses to Can Ruti, Hospital Trias i Pujol and Hospital de Mataró. UPC Campus EEBE students: train every 10 min, with a journey of only 22 minutes! Welcome!
