With approximately 45 m², this apartment has a clean and modern designthat makes it comfortable for any visitor. It is important to note that the apartment is located between the ground and first floors with stairs without access to the elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, allowing you to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals in the comfort of the apartment. In addition, the apartment is equipped with additional amenities such as iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and dryer.
