Puede equiparse con cama de matrimonio o con dos camas individuales. En el segundo nivel, de techo más bajo, espacio diáfano, equipado actualmente con cama doble y espacio de trabajo. Este altillo sólo ventila por la parte frontal, que da al salón de abajo. Es un espacio muy tranquilo, que no da a la calle directamente, por lo que no tiene cédula de habitabilidad. Puede usarse como estudio o como oficina. Dispone de Internet fibra óptica. Se accede a través de un gran patio compartido con otros 2 pisos. Edificio muy bien cuidado, con propietarios que tienen su residencia habitual e inquilinos de larga estancia. Con ascensor, antena parabólica, cámara de videovigilancia. Puerta de la calle de seguridad. Situado en una calle peatonal, con acceso limitado a vehículos de motor, al lado de la Plaza Real, a 5 minutos del Puerto y 12 minutos a pie de plaza Catalunya.
