Este altillo sólo ventila por la parte frontal, que da al salón de abajo. Es un espacio muy tranquilo, que no da a la calle directamente, por lo que no tiene cédula de habitabilidad. Puede usarse como estudio o como oficina. Dispone de Internet fibra óptica. Se accede a través de un gran patio compartido con otros 2 pisos. Edificio muy bien cuidado, con propietarios que tienen su residencia habitual e inquilinos de larga estancia. Con ascensor, antena parabólica, cámara de videovigilancia.
