The room is equipped with a double fold-down bed for single use, air conditioning, heating, a desk, shelves, and a wardrobe. The 120 m² apartment is shared with a welcoming family with a teenage son. The apartment has two shared bathrooms and all the amenities: central heating, air conditioning, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator. It is a comfortable, tidy home with a very peaceful atmosphere. The location is unbeatable. Poblenou is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Barcelona, known for its proximity to the sea, its parks and gardens, its international atmosphere, the presence of technology companies and coworking spaces, as well as its varied leisure and dining options. The apartment is only 100 meters from the metro station and has excellent bus connections, including night transport. Coexistence is based on respect and tranquility. Smoking and guests are not allowed, and silence is maintained after 10:00 p.m. The tenant will have complete autonomy and their own keys, with no time restrictions. Ideal for those looking for a pleasant stay in a family environment, by the sea and in one of the most vibrant areas of the city.
