Built in 1940 in a distinctly modernist style and expanded in the 1970s with an additional floor, the building was reborn in 2025 thanks to a comprehensive renovation that combines high-quality materials, contemporary design, and respect for its original essence. The common areas are designed to ensure you never run out of space: a fully equipped double kitchen, several kitchenettes, a separate laundry area, and nine bathrooms in total. The bedrooms are comfortable and bright, with large French windows, ultra-fast internet, digital locks, and beds with fold-down beds for extra storage. Three of them have private bathrooms. The building also features an aerothermal system for efficient air conditioning in summer and winter, always included in your monthly rent.
