Furnished in elegant Mediterranean style, the apartment has an entrance, a living room with a loggia attached to it, a bed room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bath room. The apartment is on the third floor, calm and very bright and sunny. The entire apartment is freshly renovated, all furniture is new. There is high speed internet access and wifi and Smart TV 42 inch. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area with excellent acces to public transport tramway 5 directly to Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof. A large supermarket, a bakery, drugstore and restaurants are located opposite the apartment. There is a large beautiful parc with two lakes including a beach in 10 minutes walking distance. English, French, German, Russian spoken. - Documents required: copy of passports of all tenants, proof of solvency, working contract or inscription university, signing of rental contract
