About this apartment

Please note check in is available only during week days from 10am up to 4pm Here is an overview of the most important details regarding the apartment. Rooms are fully furnished and equipped, this includes a bed with a slatted frame, mattress, desk and desk chair, duvet, pillow, wardrobe, curtains, ceiling lamp, kitchen supplies pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, cutting board. All costs included also Internet - the Rundfunkbeitrag TV and radio tax has to be paid by you. Subletting is not possible. Minimum stay is 3 months. All rooms are meant for 1 person only. no exceptions No animals are allowed. All tenants have to sign a rental contract a landlords confirmation is then provided for your official registration in Berlin - Anmeldung. Your flatmates will be young professionals, students, or interns between the age of 18 and 38. In the apartment, we try to ensure a friendly atmosphere, where like-minded people can have peaceful cohabitation.
