All rooms are meant for 1 person only. no exceptions No animals are allowed. All tenants have to sign a rental contract a landlords confirmation is then provided for your official registration in Berlin - Anmeldung. Your flatmates will be young professionals, students, or interns between the age of 18 and 38. In the apartment, we try to ensure a friendly atmosphere, where like-minded people can have peaceful cohabitation.
