The apartment was recently renovated and handcrafted by a carpenter, who built a fantastic solid wood loft, along with retractable drawer stairs. The main living space is functionally divided into different spaces: cooking, eating, working, relaxing and sleeping. Some vintage details give the place a unique charm, turning it into a one-of-a-kind apartment. It is fully equipped with flat rate internet, TV, vacuum cleaner, spot lights and so on. The modern kitchen mixes elements such as real wood, black doors, black stove, metal elements and old exposed bricks there you can find a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, as well as all cooking/eating utensils such as pots, pans, cutlery, cups and all the cutlery you might need. There is also a comfortable couch, a large closet, two sets of drawers and a large table for many purposes. Windows are on both sides of the apartments and the larger ones overlook a quiet green courtyard. There is a modern shower in the renovated bathroom.
