More precisely it is located near Landwehrkanal and the nearby area of Oranienstrasse is very popular for alternative shopping and night crawlers, with lots of international restaurants, unique cafes, small stores, boutiques and trendy bars, attracting people from all over the city. This beautiful studio apartment has been recently renovated and is centrally located in Kreuzberg. It is located on the fourth floor of an old, respectful building. The large windows, the high ceiling and especially the wooden floor tiles in the apartment, all give a touch ALTBAU and special comfort. The apartment consists of a large room with a double bed, large closet, comfortable sofa. At your disposal also a dining area with table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, modern cooking plate and oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all kitchen equipment/tools you might need. The washing machine is in the bathroom, along with a modern shower. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited, thank you for your understanding. ANMELDUNG: all necessary documents to register for authorizations, including a proper contract in German and English.
