This beautiful newly built apartment has a living room/kitchen with a south-facing balcony in the quiet courtyard, a bedroom and bathroom. It is modern, high-quality and comfortably furnished with oak parquet/oak floorboards and floor-to-ceiling sun protection and heat protection glass windows. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality Siemens/Bosch appliances, an induction hob and stainless steel fittings. A video intercom system ensures comfort and security. Furthermore, it offers a barrier-free lift connection from the underground car park to all floors, basement and baby carriage and bicycle storage rooms, a parking space and is ideal for singles and couples.
