Located in the heart of the trendy neighborhood of Mitte, this fully equipped one-bedroom apartment Neubau project offers you everything you need for your stay. The apartment is located in the most beautiful and trendy district of the city. Discover the city's coolest bars, restaurants and cafes. It could not be better! The living area boasts an open kitchen and a bar that invites you to a late-night drink. The friendly dining area invites you to a joint dinner with friends or family. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker and a fridge-freezer. After work, you can relax on the beautiful couch and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen. Opposite the living area is the spacious bedroom. This ensures a good night's sleep as the rooms face the backyard. The bed ends are equipped with a high-quality mattress. On this, all will sleep deeply and well. The bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe, which is perfect for couples. There will be a lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs on the ground floor of the building. The design might be a bit different, but the floor plan is similar. Traffic technically you are perfectly connected. The M10 is only a few meters away from the apartment and also the train stations Bernauer Straße and Berlin Nordbahnhof are within walking distance. You can also do your shopping with just a ten-minute walk. Everything you could wish for you can be found in this area! The Mauerpark is a popular place to spend the evening in summer. A popular running track is this even in winter. We have the same apartment located on the first, and second floors. The layout is the same, and the design might be different in each apartment.
