This beautiful property is entirely furnished with amazing furniture. The common/ shared areas include a full kitchen with the necessary kitchenware. The private room offers a comfortable bed providing you with the best nights of sleep, a spacious closet, and a desk where you can study, read, work, or get creative, and you are free to make it your place to relax and reset! This room features a shared kitchen and a bathroom shared with one more girl. Rent includes all utility costs. The building provides a laundry room that tenants can use for a fee (paid by tenant). The area is extraordinarily safe. The Building is located in Charlottenburg, one of the best areas to live in Berlin! It's 5 minute walk from public transportation: U-bhan, S-bhan, Bus. All major supermarkets are less than 5 minutes' walk and have free parking in the street. The neighbourhood is extremely vibrant and surrounded by many stores, restaurants, cafes, businesses, boutiques, and much more! The property is well placed in terms of proximity to the nearby park to enjoy the sun and a handful of stores and nice places to visit! Please be advised: - CHECK-IN: Monday - Friday from 1 to 3 pm. - DEPOSIT: Tenants have to pay the complete deposit which is double the rent before signing the contract and checking in/moving into the property.
