The apartment is located in the hip alternative life area of Berlin – the Neukölln district. It is only 2-minute walk to the underground and S-Bahn station Hermannstraße with the central line U8. By the famous Schillerpromenade that is filled with restaurants, bars, Cafés, supermarkets and the amazing Tempelhofer park which is just around the corner, and is great for relaxing and outdoor activities. The Neukölln district is known for being extremely sought after, and for being populated with many young people and artists.
