This beautiful apartment is located in a fairytale-like location within walking distance of the famous Kurfürstendamm. The apartment is lovingly furnished with high quality furniture. The light-filled living room exudes a warm and homely atmosphere. The entire apartment is equipped with real wood parquet, which increases the living experience. The bedroom invites you to dream in its large dreamlike king size bed. The bedroom and living room are equipped with a large Smart TV. The spacious designer wardrobe has enough storage space for the new treasures that you will find while strolling on the Kurfürstendamm. The apartment is located very central in the west part of Berlin in the beautiful Bleibtreustrasse, next to the Kurfürstendam. The Area is famous for its great vibe. Diverse restaurants, bars and cafes which are near. The famous grand Boulevard Kurfürstendamm with its designer flagship stores and the “KaDeWe” with its largest range of gourmet food are a must visit. Uhlandstrasse Underground Station and the surrounding bus stops are within walking distance. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit needs to be paid right after signing the contract. Please ensure a timely transfer. In order for you to be able to move into your new home on time the funds have to be in our account BEFORE the move in date. Without this payment you`ll NOT be able to move in. A confirmation of transfer is not sufficient.
