Rooms are fully furnished and equipped, this includes a bed with a slatted frame, mattress, desk and desk chair, duvet, pillow, wardrobe, curtains, ceiling lamp, kitchen supplies pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, cutting board. All costs included also Internet - the Rundfunkbeitrag TV and radio tax has to be paid by you. Subletting is not possible. Minimum stay is 3 months. All rooms are meant for 1 person only. no exceptions No animals are allowed. All tenants have to sign a rental contract a landlords confirmation is then provided for your official registration in Berlin - Anmeldung. Your flatmates will be young professionals, students, or interns between the age of 18 and 35. In the apartment, we try to ensure a friendly atmosphere, where like-minded people can have peaceful cohabitation.
