Check in on the weekends or national holidays would be possible upon request for a small fee of 100€ 6) Liability insurance is required for your stay and that needs to be submitted to us within 15 days from your move in date.. The Trepower Park is the second largest park in Berlin and is only 750 m away from your flat. There you can do water activities like canoeing, tubing or pedal boating, go jogging or walking, have a drink in one of the restaurants, or just hang out and chill in the sun. On the way is the Park Centre Treptow (shopping centre) with its shops and shopping opportunities. After a 4 minute bike ride you are in the hippest part of Kreuzberg with its restaurants, bars and clubs and you have the opportunity to feel the vibrant pulse of the city. The studio kitchens offer everything you need in everyday life: a built-in microwave with grill function, an undermounted refrigerator, a small induction hob, stainless steel fittings, a quartz stone worktop, LED lighting and optimally planned upper boards with many storage options for crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A build in wardrobe is in the sleeping area included as well as flexible and moveable room separator. A full bathroom is also integrated into every flat. With brand name bathroom furnishings, towel radiators and a state-of-the-art ventilation system.
