Very central and safe area of the city, central bus station is just 5 minutes. The cost of general expenses for wifi, electricity, central heating, water, ... is fixed at 60 euros per month. If you already live in Spain your TIE must be valid for the duration of the booking. A month's rent deposit is required as a guarantee for the good use of the flat.
