About this apartment
IMPORTANT In the case of two tenants in the same room, the deposit is doubled. For stays longer than 5 months, the deposit will be 3 months. HOUSEHOLD RULES - It is not allowed to have guests in the house during the day - Overnight guests may be accepted at an additional charge of 20 euros per night and by prior arrangement with the owner. If a tenant hosts someone without informing the owner they will pay a penalty of one month's rent. - The owner wants to keep the house clean and will visit the house once every 10 days. Damage caused and the cost of repairing appliances will be borne by the tenants. If a tenant fails to meet the maximum cleanliness, the contract will be considered terminated after the loss of the deposit. Condominium, garbage and heating costs amount to a monthly flat rate of 360 euros to be divided among the tenants present. Electricity and water costs are calculated according to consumption and to be shared with the other tenants in the apartment. Cash deposit money must be brought on arrival. I spent over two years here. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The apartment complex was well looked after as well. The manager Mariella was responsive and helpful throughout. The apartment had all the basics that I needed. Overall, I would recommend this place.
