In an historical building, the studio accommodates up to two people: one in a double sofa bed and one in an attic solution. It can actually accommodate up to 4 p. as both beds are double, but it is only for occasional visits. The univ. area is very well served. Ideal for professionals, faculties, exchange students. The property speaks English. very close to the two towers, Piazza Maggiore, Santo Stefano, the Jewish ghetto, the market. The area is full of restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlours. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, iron and ironing board, fans, kettle and coffee machines. Initial equipment of toilet paper, soaps and detergents, sheets, blankets, towels. Wi-Fi. Usage of towels and bed linens. On request pick-up service at the train station or airport. Close to train station. bus lines outside the studio.
