Please note that there is a washing machine inside the apartment that requires extra payment and can be used by agreement with the landlady. HOUSE RULES - It is not allowed to have guests in the house during the day - Overnight guests can be accepted at an additional cost of 20 euros per night and by agreement with the owner. If a tenant hosts someone without informing the landlady, they will pay a penalty of an entire month's rent. - The landlord wants to keep the house clean and will visit the house once every 10 days. The damage caused and the costs of repairing the appliances will be borne by the tenants. If a tenant does not respect the maximum cleaning, the contract will be considered concluded after the loss of the deposit. It is absolutely important to make a detailed video that will serve as an inventory. In case of early departure, before the contract is concluded, the security deposit will not be returned. Please note that in Bologna, it is mandatory to keep the heating in private homes below 19 degrees Celsius. We therefore recommend that all tenants use fleece sheets and blankets and wear clothing suitable for winter temperatures, even indoors. It is absolutely forbidden to bring bicycles and scooters into the room.
