Spacious and bright apartment perfect to accommodate a family, in an area full of city parks and close to the S.Orsola hospital hub. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. The entrance opens onto a hallway that leads to the living area consisting of a well-equipped independent kitchen with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven, and a living room with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. A French window with access to the balcony makes the room bright. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds and a desk. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom, and central heating will be available in the accommodation. The flat is well connected to the centre and the central station by bus number 27, which stops in front of the house.
