A minimum stay of 6 months, please. The bills will be split on an nth basis- ie, according to the number of people present. The internet is free, and water is covered until 30 euros per person. The landlord uses the cheapest yet still reliable distributor in Italy, with a yearly fee of 74 euros for electricity and 84 for gas, for reference. Condo fees and Trash tax is combined 40 euros a month. There is definitely a chance to renew in person, for longer-term students. The landlord is looking for foreign students, as he himself is... a foreign student, at the faculty of medicine. The landlord speaks Korean and English, as he is Korean-Canadian, and can communicate/understand Italian at a B1-B2 level. This is the regular bedroom option. It Is in the university part of the city and there's anything, from a bar, great pizzerias, kebabs, restaurants, theaters, and more! The apartment has been modernized as much as possible! From safety systems such as smoke and CO alarms, to burglar alarms and other automations! You'll be sharing the house with the landlord himself, and a potential second roommate. The house itself has double paned windows everywhere, with every room having its AC system. The windows are also bugproofed, a rarity in Italy. The landlord will not be absent in handling maintenance issues, as he himself lives there. As of 2025, this is now his 4th year of doing short and long term rentals.
