It is fully air-conditioned in summer and well-heated in winter. The kitchen comes equipped with all essential appliances and accessories, along with a small balcony. The bathroom includes a washing machine and a spacious shower. The room features a double bed, futon mattress, large wardrobe, small desk, bookshelves and TV.
