Very convenient for all university faculties. The apartment is designed in a modern style with spacious rooms and a large kitchen. The neighborhood is very central and safe. Just a few minutes' walk from Piazza Maggiore, Via Ugo Bassi and Via Rizzoli, Zamboni and Independence. Convenient strategic area for universities (all its offices located) and Central Train Station. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shops, bars and restaurants under the house. Completely recently renovated apartment. The room has everything you need for living, working and studying. From appliances to linen, internet and more. High floor, very bright. Double glazed windows that isolate noise and heat/cold. It is rented to a responsible and clean person who can take care of the apartment. An inventory with photos will be carried out at check in and check out and any possible damage will be charged.
