About this apartment
For stays longer than 5 months, the deposit will be equal to 3 monthly payments. Please note that taking up residence inside the apartment is not allowed. Nice and comfortable basement, with private entrance, consists of two bedrooms. BOTH WITH FRENCH BED 1.20 x 1.90, both with private bathroom and a large living room. Surrounded by greenery, you can benefit from a tennis court, a garden and a porch. Perfect for those who have a car. We will be happy to entertain you and to give Italian lessons for those who wish. WE REQUIRE ORDER AND CLEANING, AN ESSENTIAL QUALITY THAT WILL BE CHECKED WEEKLY. The lack of cleaning will cause the contract to be interrupted, losing the deposit. We will do our best to give you a pleasant stay. Guests are allowed, paying 35 euros per night per person only upon approval of the owner. If a tenant hosts someone without informing the landlady, they will pay a penalty of an entire month's rent. The costs of heating, water, electricity, garbage and condominium are flat rates and are 160 euros. In the event of unusual consumption, extra rates will be applied. Upon arrival, you must bring the deposit money in cash. It is absolutely important to make a detailed video that will serve as an inventory. In the event of an early departure, before the contract is concluded, the security deposit will not be returned. It is not allowed to dry clothes inside the apartment because it causes moisture and mildew. It is important to ventilate the apartment. Please note that due to gas supply problems that could affect the heating, we suggest that all tenants wear fleece sheets and blankets and that they wear clothing appropriate to winter temperatures even inside the house. It is absolutely forbidden to bring bicycles and scooters into the room. For some telephone devices with some carriers, the network does not work but you have to use Wi-Fi. Or to use the network, you have to go out the door.

The house is far from the city center but the neighborhood is very quiet. The owners are very hospitable, accommodating and kind. They didn't hesitate to show me the city and its surroundings.
I had a great time there. I highly recommend !
