As part of the booking process, students and young professionals may be asked to submit documentation (within a week from the acceptance) such as a signed parental agreement, as well as proof of income, to verify their eligibility or meet certain requirements. Rooms are available for rent in a 5-bedroom apartment in Whitehall-Dubllin. There is a shared kitchen and living room with a dining table and chairs, an oven, a microwave, and an electric stove, while the living room area has a sofa, lots of large glass windows, and opens up onto a private balcony. The bathrooms both have a toilet, sink, and shower, and there is also a garden in which smoking is allowed. The apartment is in a residential area with a pharmacy close by, and a bus stop at the end of the road serving route 13.
