Despite not having the best location, its well connect by bus (just a problem when you wanna leave/arrive after 1 a.m.), especially if you intend to go to the center or to Careggi (main hospital). I love the fact that has a big supermarket near by (walking distance; COOP gavinnana). The room is nice. Something major that is missing in the details presented: Otto, the landlord, has a dog (a black labrador); its nice and sociable and all that.
