Bright studio composed of 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed, bathroom and equipped kitchen. Located in the heart of the city, close to the most famous monuments and major universities such as Art Academy Leonardo Da Vinci, the Angel Academy of Art, the British Institute of Florence, Florence Design Academy and many others. If you are a student, this is the perfect solution for you! Do not wait any longer! Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
