The place has a really good location for people wanting to stay in the historic centre of Florence. The common areas are nice and I really like the private bathroom with the room. The apartment is on the 4th floor though, with a lot of stairs and no elevator. As a young person you'll get used to this, but maybe not as convenient for a elder or disabled person.
