This place was incredible and made my study abroad experience so much better! It is furnished and has everything you need to live comfortably. The location is in a really great neighborhood with lots of local restaurants and shops. It was very easy to walk or take the bus to anywhere we needed to go. The landlords were very kind and helpful, and they responded quickly to any of our concerns. This places is very good for one person, and can even accommodate two people as there is also a sofa bed. I stayed there with a friend of mine, who was also studying abroad for the fall semester. We loved the apartment and highly recommend it.

The property is in a central location of south Florence, close to just about everything you would need (pharmacy, grocery, shops of all kinds). Very close to the Arno river, Boboli gardens, and many other sights. The ceiling of the bedroom is a fresco! An amazing place to live in an amazing city
