Modern and clean apartment for rent in Florence in the area of Piazza Santa Croce. The house has been completely renovated and equipped to ensure you a comfortable stay. The interiors are characterized by clean lines and a modern and minimalist design. The apartment consists of a bright living room sofa bed and with dining area, a very functional kitchen, two double bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. The extensive use of wood, starting from the parquet floors, the light colors and the choice of furniture make this house very pleasant to live in. Able to accommodate up to 5 people, Ghiberti House is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading monthly, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control. Final cleaning: 65 Tourist tax: the tourist tax required by the municipality of Florence is to be paid upon check-in. The cost is 4 per person per night up to 7 nights. Children under 12 are exempted from paying this tax.
