This house is called Pinocchio because a few steps from here is the birthplace of Carlo Collodi, the writer of the Adventures of Pinocchio. The house is located on the first floor of a typical building located in the heart of the historic center within walking distance of all the main monuments of the city. This cozy apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. There's a set price for water bills of €35 per month, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference. Internet is €30 per month. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (€4 per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
