Welcome to your future retreat in Florence! This welcoming apartment awaits you on the third and top floor (without lift) of a typical Oltrarno building. Inside you will be welcomed by a bright, tastefully furnished living room, the beating heart of the house. Here you can relax on the comfortable sofa. The modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need, invites you to prepare delicious dishes to enjoy in the adjacent dining area. The bedroom, equipped with the TV and a comfortable double bed, promises peaceful and restful nights. The air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room ensures an always pleasant climate, regardless of the outside temperatures. The bathroom, comfortable and functional, is equipped with all the necessary comforts, while the presence of a washing machine simplifies your daily needs. The modern kitchen is complete with dishwasher and oven, ideal for those who love preparing delicious dishes and want to make the most of their stay. For those who like to enjoy some fresh air, a small balcony allows you to savour the sounds and scents of the city. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
