Going up to the third floor without elevator, you will find yourself immersed in a welcoming home that can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment opens onto a spacious living area, with a living room harmoniously connected to a fully equipped kitchen, creating the perfect place to share special moments with your loved ones. The master bedroom, a refuge of intimacy and relaxation, welcomes you with its warmth and its furnishings with attention to the smallest details. Going up to the mezzanine, you will discover the second bedroom, a romantic and enchanting refuge that will give you peaceful and unforgettable nights. Two bathrooms, one complete with shower and the other with toilet, ensure maximum comfort for all guests. One of the strong points of this apartment is its delightful little balcony, the ideal place to sip a coffee in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, enjoying a beautiful view over the rooftops of Florence. Among the modern comforts that make your stay even more pleasant, you will find air conditioning to face the hot summer days, wifi to stay connected to the world, a TV to relax after a day of exploration, an oven and a microwave for prepare delicious delicacies and a washer-dryer to always keep your laundry fresh. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
