Cozy apartment of approximately 30 sqm, ideal for 2 people, located on the mezzanine floor of a period building in the center (9 steps at the entrance). The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Florence, a very short distance from Piazza Santa Croce and 5 minutes from Piazza della Signoria. The structure is located within the Restricted Traffic Area. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The accommodation is organized as follows: - KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, dishwasher, moka, kettle, electric oven, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and armchairs; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - BALCONY. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (1 split), independent heating, TV, washing machine (in the kitchen), drying rack, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax. The neighbourhood, although lively and frequented by many tourists, is quiet and has retained its original characteristics. While walking, it is possible to admire historic workshops of artisan framers, restorers, antique dealers and much more, as well as discover smaller museums (Bargello), restaurants and characteristic venues such as the historic Gelateria Vivoli. All the main points of interest in the city are within walking distance. - Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio: 6 minutes on foot; - Florence Cathedral: 8 minutes on foot; - Uffizi Gallery: 8 minutes on foot; - Ponte Vecchio: 9 minutes on foot. - From Florence's Amerigo Vespucci Airport it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the T2 public transport line to the Santa Maria Novella station, where it is possible to take the C4 line (Orti Oricellari station stop) arriving at the "Pecori Duomo" stop, a 9-minute walk from the apartment. - From the Santa Maria Novella station it is possible to reach the studio apartment thanks to the C4 public transport line, departing from the "Stazione Orti Oricellari" stop and arriving at "Pecori Duomo", a 9-minute walk from the apartment. If you are traveling by car, be very careful, the structure is located within the restricted traffic zone and access is only permitted for a fee. It is possible to pay the ticket at authorized garages.
