The property is located in the Le Cure district, a quiet and well-connected area. The rooms are simple, clean and well-kept, ideal for those looking for a comfortable and welcoming base. The common areas are always clean and tidy, shared with other guests in a serene and respectful atmosphere. Tenants may have guests who may only stay overnight if they pay and with the landlord's consent. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. No pets are allowed. The house is very large and bright, with spacious and well-kept rooms, ideal for relaxing after a day in Florence. From the kitchen, you can access a balcony shared with other guests, furnished with a table and two chairs: perfect for an outdoor breakfast, reading a book or enjoying a moment of tranquility. The living room is a welcoming and relaxing shared space, with two large windows that fill the room with natural light.
