Muy cerca se encuentra los supermercados Coviran, Dia y Lidl. El piso tiene cuatro dormitorios individuales, salón, cocina,lavadero, dos cuartos de baños y terraza exterior muy amplia. Dispone de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y calefacción central. El aire acondicionado se acciona individualmente con mando a distancia.
