Additional beds are available upon previous request of the tenants (more double beds or single beds are available). The apartment is ideally perfect for 3 tenants. The Lessor would like to have from 3 up to 6 tenants. The Lessor can accept more tenants if this is previously agreed in the contract of lease. The bills and utilities are not included in the price of the monthly rent. The tenants can choose for the payment of the bills either an option upon consumption or all inclusive (if previously agreed with the Lessor).
