The bedrooms have 2 private bathrooms , however the bathrooms are not in the rooms (the apartment has 2 bathrooms, each of them not en-suite). The Landlord can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, hand made fashion pochette-masks made in Italy (very trendy product), gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request). There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The Landlord can get a life insurance during the entire period of lease (additional and optional NON mandatory cost). The bedrooms are fully equipped with curtains, lamps, bedside tables, wardrobe, shelves and much more. The apartment is made of a hallway, second hallway with corridor, big living space with a kitchen annex, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The apartment is modern and fully furnished. The place is in a street full of green (Dietla is a green beautiful avenue), probably the most important and most central street in Cracow. The place is perfect for 2 people (2 friends), even 4 people would be ok (for example 2 couples). The living space has a wall made in bricks that makes the place very trendy and young. The cooker in the kitchen is safe and efficient. The last photography session was in 2018. The walls and the sofa are currently older and used (walls are a bit dirty and 1 sofa is partially damaged). The Landlord can paint the walls again if the Lessees request painting at least 1 month before the arrival (the request shall be a mutual agreement and previously accepted by the Landlord). The windows provide a perfect insulation. The apartment is perfect for couples or a group of friends, Erasmus students or young professionals. Our tenants can access and/or use all areas. There is a service of weekly cleaning available for the tenants (80 PLN per week). The service is optional and not included in the price of the monthly rent. The monthly rent does not include the bills. The tenants can get a monthly price all inclusive upon previous request (rental and bills). There is a good internet WiFi connection (good speed, fiber internet connection). The mattresses are comfortable. The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen perfectly equipped with all kitchen tools. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower box and toilet. Moreover there is also a separated toilet. There is a washing machine in the main room. There are many pubs, shops, stores, restaurants in the neighborhood. There is a cooker and a dishwasher in the living room.
