There is a big and bright balcony with an amazing view on Krakow. The place is composed of a hallway, living-area with a kitchen annex, bathroom, bedroom and big balcony. The place is very close to the Bagry lake, close as well to tram/bus stops. The Lessor can get to the tenants the parking place that belongs to the apartment. The cost of the private parking place in the building (monitored parking area inside the building) is 200 PLN monthly.
